Friends in Nature

Colossians 2:7, "Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness."

Rooted Youth

Our vision is to support and equip the youth within our church and community for them to successfully overcome the challenges they face both socially and spiritually by providing relative programs , activities and events that will allow them to build a strong foundation of faith. This will enable them to express and share their faith through their own words, actions and deeds; to encourage them to use their individual talents in programs and ministries that interest them; and to nurture their growth as people of faith while providing volunteer opportunities within the church and in the community.

Acts 29 Youth Group (11-17 years)

The group meets on a Friday evening between 7-9pm and all are welcome.

There is a relaxed environment for the young people to socialise and play pool, table tennis, board games, other team games, craft, and sports activities.

During the evening there will be opportunities for discussions, talks and faith-based conversations

Youth Connect Groups

Connect Groups meet during the week and are designed to help young people to grow personally and spiritually, learning who God is and how He wants them to live.

In the Connect Groups there will be a chance to meet with other young people, explore the bible and the opportunity to ask and find the answers to life’s difficult questions.

Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Youth Group

XLM Tamworth Mentoring Project

We launched XLM Tamworth Mentoring Project in January 2014 and has partnered with numerous local authority services, secondary and primary schools, providing mentoring support for over 800 young people.

XLM is a community mentoring project which pairs trained volunteer mentors with young people who need help realising their potential and finding a "Positive Future for Their Lives".

Our aim is to help the young people "Restore their lives, restore their relationships and restore their communities".

Mission & Social Action

The bible encourages us “To let your light shine before others that they may see your good deeds.”

We want to inspire our youth to engage in social action projects reaching out to our local community and worldwide.

Throughout the year there will be opportunities to spend a weekend together learning about and raising money to support local initiatives and global missions.
